What do you mean "with an electronic medical record" (EMR)?
Are you already using an EMR for other things?
Are you already using a billing system and want to add an EMR?
If you're already using someone's EMR for billing and/or non- 
acupuncture visits,
you would need to have your current vendor provide some way to add  
acupuncture information.
There are some stand-alone acupuncture billing/EMR systems for  
licensed acupuncturists,
but that is probably not what you want.
There are some free billing/EMR systems that can be extended to  
include acupuncture information,
but I'm not aware of anyone who has done that yet.
